Dress Loop Partner Stylist Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 18th November 2025
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Dress Loop (“we”, “us”, “our”) and Partner Stylists (“you”, “your”) who apply and are accepted into the Dress Loop Partner Stylist Program.
By submitting an application or accepting a booking through Dress Loop, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility & Approval
1.1 You must submit a completed application form with accurate information.
1.2 Approval into the Partner Stylist Program is at Dress Loop’s sole discretion.
1.3 Dress Loop may request additional information such as portfolio links, social media handles, or examples of your work.
1.4 Dress Loop reserves the right to decline or remove any stylist whose services or conduct do not align with our brand standards.
2. Service Listings & Pricing
2.1 You are responsible for setting your own service types and pricing.
2.2 All service descriptions must be accurate, professional, and reflective of the experience provided.
2.3 Any changes to pricing or services must be communicated to Dress Loop at least 7 days prior to implementation.
3. Client Bookings
3.1 Clients will book styling services directly through the Dress Loop website.
3.2 Once a booking is made, you will receive an SMS notification with booking details.
3.3 You must confirm all bookings within 24 hours of receiving the booking request.
3.4 If a booking is not confirmed within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled and the client will be fully refunded.
3.5 Once confirmed, the client’s contact details will be provided to you, and you will be responsible for all further communication and coordination.
4. Payments
4.1 Dress Loop collects all payments on your behalf at the time of booking.
4.2 Dress Loop will deduct a 5% commission from each booking total.
4.3 Standard Shopify transaction fees will also be deducted.
4.4 After these deductions, payment will be transferred to you.
4.5 Payment schedules may vary depending on your bank provider.
4.6 You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST if applicable.
5. Free Dress Hire Inclusion
5.1 Each styling service booked through Dress Loop includes 1 x complimentary dress hire for the client.
5.2 Dress Loop will manage the dress selection and booking process.
5.3 Any additional hires, accessories, or upgrades will be charged directly to the client.
5.4 Dress Loop retains 100% of all dress hire revenue.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Partner Stylist
You agree to:

Provide professional, high-quality styling services

Arrive on time for sessions

Communicate promptly with clients

Maintain a polite and respectful attitude

Uphold Dress Loop’s standards of presentation and customer care

Notify Dress Loop of any issues impacting your availability
Failure to uphold professional standards may result in removal from the program.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 If a stylist cancels a confirmed booking, the client will be refunded in full.
7.2 Frequent cancellations may result in removal from the Partner Stylist Program.
7.3 If a client cancels according to the cancellation policy displayed on your service listing, refunds will be processed accordingly.
7.4 Dress Loop reserves the right to issue refunds in situations where service quality does not meet expectations.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes between the stylist and the client must first be addressed directly between both parties.
8.2 Dress Loop may assist in resolving disputes at our discretion.
8.3 Dress Loop’s decision on disputes involving refunds, misconduct, or service failure is final.
9. Use of Dress Loop Branding
9.1 As a partner stylist, you may use Dress Loop’s branding (logo, name, promotional materials) only for marketing your services through our program.
9.2 You may not misrepresent yourself as an employee of Dress Loop.
9.3 All marketing materials must reflect accurate information.
10. Termination of Partnership
Dress Loop may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if:

You provide poor service

You fail to confirm bookings

You receive repeated complaints

You engage in misconduct or unprofessional behaviour

You breach these Terms & Conditions
You may also request removal from the program at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Dress Loop is not responsible for loss, injury, damages, or outcomes related to the styling services you deliver.
11.2 You are responsible for securing your own insurance, public liability cover, and business protection as required.
11.3 Dress Loop is not liable for client behaviour, no-shows, or damages.
12. Privacy & Data
12.1 You must keep client details confidential and use them only for completing the booked service.
12.2 You must comply with Australian privacy laws regarding customer information.
13. Modifications to Terms
13.1 Dress Loop reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
13.2 You will be notified of any major changes via email.
14. Agreement
By applying to the Dress Loop Partner Stylist Program or accepting a booking, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
