Fees & Payment

Postal Try-Ons incur a try-on fee (as advertised) plus return postage.

If you choose to proceed with the rental, the try-on fee will be deducted from your final rental cost.

If you do not proceed with the rental, the try-on fee is non-refundable.

Once you confirm you'd like to go ahead with a rental, payment must be made within 24 hours. If not, we cannot guarantee availability for your requested dates.

Try-On Duration

You may keep the try-on garment for 24 hours from the time you receive the parcel (as confirmed by tracking).

The return must be lodged at an Australia Post outlet (not a street post box) within 24 hours of delivery.

Parcels are tracked through our system; we are notified upon delivery and lodgement of return.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in an unworn, undamaged condition.

If the garment is soiled or damaged, a $25 cleaning fee applies.

If damage is beyond repair, you may be charged up to the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the garment.

The purple try on tag must stay attached otherwise the full hire fee will incur
