DRESS LOOP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By hiring from Dress Loop you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding upon payment of any booking, whether online, in-store, or via direct message.

BOOKINGS
All bookings must be paid in full before the hire period begins. Hire durations are 4, 8, 15, or 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of garment unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

POSTAGE
Online orders are posted via Australia Post Express no later than 2 days before your event. Express postage takes approximately 1–3 business days and is charged at a flat rate of $24.99 AUD (includes return satchel). Online bookings should be made at least one week in advance to ensure delivery. Return satchels are included in all postal hires.

STORE PICK-UPS & DROP-OFFS
Store pick-ups must be selected at checkout and confirmed prior to collection. Store drop-offs must be arranged at the time of your try-on appointment.

TRY-ONS
Try-ons can be booked via our online booking page at https://dressloop.setmore.com/dressloop.

RETURNS
Returns must be lodged at an Australia Post outlet in the provided prepaid satchel on the final day of your hire period. Items not lodged on time will incur a late fee of $25 per day. If the item is not received within 7 days of your return date, we may initiate debt collection or a police theft report.

GARMENT CONDITION & DAMAGE
General wear and tear is expected. Minor pulls, small marks, or loose threads are not considered damage. Major damage includes but is not limited to large tears, significant stains, broken zippers, burns, or alterations without consent. You are liable for repair or replacement costs up to the full RRP value of the garment if returned damaged beyond repair.

CLEANING
Dress Loop handles all cleaning. Do not wash, dry clean, or attempt to repair the garment yourself.

SIZING
Size charts for each brand are available on the manufacturer’s website. No refunds will be issued for incorrect sizing.

REFUNDS
No refunds are given for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or event cancellations. If the dress has been posted, postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds if applicable will be processed within 1–10 business days via the original payment method.

LATE RETURNS, NON-RETURNS & THEFT
Failure to return a garment will result in a $25 per day late fee from the due date until the item is returned or paid for in full. You may also be invoiced for the full RRP value of the item plus any late fees. Referral to a debt collection agency may occur if payment is not made within the stated timeframe. A police theft report may be lodged if the garment is not returned and payment is not made. Your details including full name, address, phone number, email, and incident record may be added to a blacklist database shared with other rental businesses.
