Select a rental period that suits your needs — we offer both short and long-term options, ranging from 4 to 30 days. We also provide Postal Try-Ons, available as a 1-day rental for added convenience.
At checkout, you can choose between pickup or postal delivery. We guarantee your rental will arrive on or before your selected date. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your booking at least 5 days in advance. Should any issues arise, our team will contact you promptly.
All rentals must be returned on the agreed return date unless alternative arrangements have been made. You may drop off the dress at our Newcastle Location or return it via any Australia Post outlet using the prepaid satchel provided with your rental. Once received, we handle all cleaning and preparation to ensure the dress is ready for the next client

Postal Try On
13. POSTAL TRY-ONS
13.1. Postal Try-Ons incur a try-on fee (as advertised) plus return postage.
13.2. If you choose to proceed with a rental, the try-on fee will be deducted from your final rental cost.
13.3. To qualify for this deduction, you must reserve your hire dates within twenty-four (24) hours of confirming your decision to proceed.
13.4. If you do not reserve your hire dates within twenty-four (24) hours, your postal try-on fee will not be deducted from the final hire cost and remains non-refundable.
13.5. If you do not proceed with a rental, the try-on fee is non-refundable.
13.6. Once you confirm you’d like to go ahead with a rental, payment must be made within twenty-four (24) hours. If not received within this timeframe, Dress Loop cannot guarantee availability for your requested dates.
13.7. You may keep the try-on garment for twenty-four (24) hours from the time it is delivered (as confirmed by tracking).
13.8. The return must be lodged at an Australia Post outlet (not a street post box) within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
13.9. Items must be returned in an unworn and undamaged condition with the purple try-on tag attached.
13.10. If the garment is soiled or damaged, a $25.00 cleaning fee applies.
13.11. If the garment is damaged beyond repair, you may be charged up to the full RRP of the garment.
13.12. Removal of the purple try-on tag will incur the full hire fee.
13.13. If you wish to proceed with a hire following your postal try-on, please email team@dressloop.com.au immediately so your requested dates can be reserved.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1.2. These Terms are binding upon payment of any booking, whether made online, in-store, or via direct message.
1.3. Dress Loop reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will apply to all future bookings.
2. BOOKINGS
2.1. All bookings must be paid in full before the commencement of the hire period.
2.2. Standard hire durations are four (4), eight (8), fifteen (15), or thirty (30) days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Dress Loop reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of garment unavailability, damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. POSTAGE
3.1. Online orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express no later than two (2) days before the customer’s event date.
3.2. Express postage takes approximately one (1) to three (3) business days and includes a prepaid return satchel.
3.3. Online bookings should be made at least one (1) week prior to the event date to ensure timely delivery.
3.4. Return satchels are included with all postal hires.
4. STORE PICK-UPS AND DROP-OFFS
4.1. Store pick-up must be selected at checkout and confirmed prior to collection.
4.2. Store drop-off must be arranged at the time of the try-on appointment.

5. REFUND POLICY: CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF DATE
5.1. The booking date begins at 23:59 on the selected hire date.
5.2. Cancellations, change of date, or change of item or size made three (3) or more days prior to the booking date will incur a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the original booking total.
5.3. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or changes made within seventy-two (72) hours of the event date. This includes no store credits or exchanges.
5.4. Refunds will not be issued once a garment has been picked up, delivered, or posted — even if the cancellation is made more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event date.
5.5. If Dress Loop must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. garment damage or delay), a full refund will be issued regardless of the timeframe.
5.6. If Dress Loop determines that a postal booking may not arrive in time, the customer will be contacted regarding cancellation and refund, or offered an alternative method of collection or delivery (additional costs may apply).
5.7. Cancellation fees remain applicable when swapping to a different item, size, or colour, as this constitutes a cancellation of the original booking.
5.8. If a try-on appointment fee was redeemed for a booking that is subsequently cancelled, the AUD $10.00 fee is non-refundable and will be deducted prior to calculating the fifty percent (50%) refund.
6. TRY-ONS
6.1. Try-on appointments can be booked online at https://dressloop.setmore.com/dressloop.
6.2. A non-refundable booking fee of AUD $10.00 is required to secure a try-on appointment.
6.3. The try-on fee will be deducted from the total hire cost if a booking is made.
6.4. Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the fee.
7. POSTAL RETURNS
7.1. Postal returns must be lodged at an Australia Post outlet using the provided prepaid satchel on the final day of the hire period.
7.2. Items not lodged on time will incur a late fee of AUD $12.00 per day.
7.3. If the item is not received by Dress Loop within seven (7) days of the return date, debt collection procedures and/or a police theft report may be initiated.
8. GARMENT CONDITION AND DAMAGE
8.1. General wear and tear includes minor pulls, small marks, or loose threads.
8.2. Major damage includes, but is not limited to, large tears, significant stains, broken zippers, burns, or unauthorised alterations.
8.3. Customers are liable for repair or replacement costs up to the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) if the garment is returned damaged beyond repair.
8.4. Hire garments may show minor signs of wear; these are not grounds for a refund or exchange.
9. CLEANING
9.1. All cleaning is handled by Dress Loop.
9.2. Customers must not wash, dry clean, or attempt to repair the garment themselves.
10. SIZING
10.1. Size charts for each brand are available on the manufacturer’s website.
10.2. Dress Loop does not provide refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
11. LATE RETURNS, NON-RETURNS AND THEFT
11.1. Late returns incur a fee of AUD $12.00 per day from the due date until the item is returned or paid for in full.
11.2. Customers may be invoiced for the full RRP of the garment plus any applicable late fees.
11.3. If payment is not made within the stated timeframe, the matter may be referred to a debt collection agency.
11.4. Dress Loop reserves the right to lodge a police theft report for non-returns.
11.5. Customer details (including full name, address, phone number, email, and incident history) may be added to a shared industry blacklist database.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
12.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. IMAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
14.1. All images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and other visual content displayed on the Dress Loop website, social media pages, or marketing materials are the intellectual property of Dress Loop.
14.2. Such materials are protected under Australian copyright and trademark law and may not be copied, reproduced, edited, or used without prior written consent from Dress Loop.
14.3. Customers may not use Dress Loop’s images, product photos, or branding for any commercial or promotional purpose, including on social media or resale platforms, without written approval.
14.4. Dress Loop reserves the right to request the removal of any unauthorised use of its imagery, brand name, or copyrighted material.
14.5. Customers grant Dress Loop permission to use photos or videos in which they are tagged or which they provide voluntarily for marketing or promotional purposes, including social media, website galleries, and advertising, unless they request otherwise in writing.
14.6. Any breach of Dress Loop’s intellectual property rights may result in legal action and recovery of associated costs.
