POSTAL TRY ONS TERMS OF SERVICE
Postal TRY ONS are a set price + postage and we will block out the dates for your event. Once you have confirmed that you would like to go ahead with the rental after your try on, payment must be made within 24 hours otherwise we can't guarantee dates will be available. The set price for try on will be deducted from your rental if chosen to do so. The set price will not be refunded if you decide not to go through with the rental after try on.
Duration of try on is 24 hrs from receiving your parcel. Your parcel will be tracked in our system and we will be notified when you receive and when you lodge you hire at the post office upon return.
Hire MUST be lodged within 24HRS of receiving booking at an Australia Post Outlet and not the Street Post Boxes. Fees will apply if not lodged within the 24 hour time frame.
Garment must be returned in an unworn state. A try on tag is attached to the dress to ensure that is not worn to an event. This tag must NOT be removed. Clients that have caused damages, soiled garments or have cut a try on tag returned to us using the try on service will be charged a $25 cleaning fee or full RRP price if unrepairable.
